教你如何投诉AlertPay骗子封账号，解决交易纠纷

由于要用AlertPay投资的网赚项目（如：升级BUX站帐户）有很多不稳定因素，很多朋友都因为操作不熟练，AP业务流程不熟悉，而有可能被骗子利用。下面这个指南或许可以帮助到各位朋友。没有AlertPay帐号？AlertPay注册教程
第一步，打开https://helpdesk.alertpay.com/
这是AlertPay的客服中心（不用登陆你的AlertPay帐号），如下图所示，AP所有的问题都通过此种方式解决。请大家注意。
看下如下图所示界面：
选择“Transaction Dispute”，交易纠纷：

点“Next >>”，看下如图所示界面：
按上面的选项选就可以了，信的内容，可以自己先写好中文，然后用在线翻译尽量写得简明，不要太啰嗦，不然翻译得让看不懂的。如果有英文比较好的朋友，也可以请他帮助，问题就说的越详细越好。
最后就是按提交Submit了。这时你的信箱会收到一封带有该投诉的链接信，管理员回信时，信箱会有回音的，打开来看就可以，需要答复时。直接回给您的那封邮件就可以了。

内容：I send the merchant this money for invest,this invest was bought to referals ,and this referals had bring me losts of money in my account,so I wanted to receive this money ,and than I ask the merchant to pay me,after I ask for the payment,the www.issoho.com
merchant didn't pay me in the time frame he promised me,the merchant broke his promise,untill now I still not receive my money,so only if the merchant paid me right now ,or I want this money I invest back! Regards!
友情提示：AlertPay的交易纠纷有效期为30天，举例说明：你与某人在2010年3月1号产生一个交易编号，在中间出问题了。你发起交易纠纷的有效截止日期为2010年4月1号，如果你2010年4月2号再去发起交易纠纷已视为无效了。 就是赚网www.issoho.com
